Affirmations are very effective in helping people bread destructive habits. You could, for example, say: “I resist unhealthy foods” or “I selected primarily fresh, healthy foods.” Opportunities, you will be results soon. You can very well before taking charge of the chocolate bar, but quite quickly, new habits were made, and you can spend more to resist unhealthy foods.
